Veggie Stirfry
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup snap peas
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Optional: tofu or chicken for protein
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, snap peas, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Add the soy sauce and mix well.
If desired, add tofu or chicken for extra protein.

Warm Tumeric Milk
1 c. milk (any milk of your choosing)
!/2 tsp. turmeric powder
a pinch of black pepper to help turmeric absorption
1/4 tsp. cinamon
1 tbsp. of honey or maple syrup
Add all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a low boil then let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Drink 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime to help with a restful sleep
